- County candidates and county committee members pay filing fees only during Election years
- Donations made by YOU support our local party. Whether you contribute $5, $25, $50, $100 one time or commit to a recurring monthly gift, your monetary support assures our continued resources to recruit, train and elect strong Democrats in Independence County.
Legal Information
Federal law requires political committees to use their best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose aggregate contributions are in excess of $200.00 in a calendar year.
Federal election law prohibits foreign nationals, except legal permanent residents of the United States, from making contributions that will be used in connection with any election.
Check contributions may be mailed to address below. Include your full legal name, mailing address, occupation and employer if applicable. Yearly committee membership dues are $10. Any donation of $10 or greater includes a yearly committee membership.
